  • NCI/XF uses statements, subroutines and variables and supports libraries and links with other programming languages
  • Extended functionality for 3270 terminals such as comprehensive data verification and complex calculations
  • Powerful commands handle tables, queues, chains and pushdown stacks
  • Issues enqueue and dequeue of a system or user defined resource
  • Interface with user written Assembler or COBOL routines, invoked to perform installation dependent functions, e.g. dataset I/O; supports routines in different address spaces
  • Dialog Manager allows setting and resolving of NCI variables or EXECuting an NCI subroutine from within a user written Assembler or COBOL routine
  • No restrictions on processing logic, PF key support or user-definable panel (number, type, format or linkage)
