PassGo Logo Quarterly Security Update
January 2004

Dear PassGo Customer
Firstly, I would like to wish each and every one of you a happy and prosperous New Year. I can hardly believe that it has been three months since our last Newsletter announcing the launch of Defender 5 and we are delighted to be able to bring you further news of Defender 5, more details can be found in this issue.
We are also re-launching the PassGo Product Forums. These represent a centralized resource for our customers to share their experiences, thoughts, ideas and feedback. I regularly stop in to these forums to gauge how well we are living up to our customers' expectations, so please, if you are not already using them, take another look.

Sincerely
David Miles
