InSync extends support for SAP 6.4

InSync provides password synchronization spanning multiple systems, servers, networks and applications. InSync picks up authorized password changes that a user makes in the normal course of corporate password change policy. InSync then manages and synchronizes all further password changes that may occur on the user's defined systems. This extensive platform and system coverage means that password management becomes a much easier task to administer on a far more centralized basis.

Extended support

InSync's comprehensive range of supported Agent platforms includes SAP R/3. Users of SAP R/3 now have the ability to use the new Synchronization Agent for SAP version 6.4.

Now fully supporting SAP R/3 Unicode and non-Unicode communication, the SAP 6.4 Synchronization Agent maintains InSync's functionality for:

• Single password for supported systems and applications
• Automated password synchronization to supported systems
• Control of user access across the enterprise
